@Telstra We can’t call to anyone from our home address. Telstra towers at Artarmon and River Road Lane Cove are impacted since mid March and remain out. Hope I don’t need an ambulance. @MRowlandMP

Back to an old hobby horse but a topic that is drastically neglected. How is it possible to be in Sydney and have vast black holes in 5G mobile coverage? Vast swathes of the CBD are just dead, might as well be in Siberia, @telstra. But then when you do get signal it's so patchy

@Telstra All the way along the Pacific Highway between Gold Coast and Sydney. Very patchy, slotted days lots of drop outs even though signal was there

@Telstra No and we actually got disconnected after i was waiting 30 mins and i tried to ring back but the wait was 30 mins to get back in. If the only option is replacement over the phone, why did she tell me if i wanted to pick up in store it was going to cost if they don’t stock them?
