@Telstra Just called into the Kingston @Telstra shop to get my internet disconnected. Four staff available but sadly, "we don't have time to disconnect your internet as that can take up to an hour." FFS It only took 10 mins to connect. Oh, and I tried the app. There was a 30 minute wait.
