Thanks for not activating my sim card when Vaya disconnected it. It's cool that I couldn't contact my family on my way home from work.. they were stressed out but whatever. Now, I have to wait till Monday/Tuesday for my sim to start working. That's more than 2 business days. What's your solution?

Very disappointed with Vaya I currently have 2 sim cards with them. Rang through this afternoon wanting to disconnect one of them ( not both ) and wanted to discuss what the monthly cost would be to reserve the phone number ( if thats possible ). Didn't get that far as all the representative wanted to tell me, over and over again, was that it would cost $30 to disconnect. Onya Vaya, would have been nice to have been told that when I signed up. With service like that I'm going to shop around and move ALL of my services away from Vaya.

Hey Vaya my last bill was paid in full on the due date and i got a dishonor fee of $10. i don't believe this is correct as i did pay on time. i request the $10 to be deducted. it shows that i paid on the 16th when i paid on the 15th.

You get what you pay for. Vaya has for the third time in 3 months, charged me extra fees that should not be there. God help the customers that don't check their bank account every month.

There shouldn't be a performance difference between using amaysim 4G, Yatango 4G and Vaya 4G. Each uses the Optus 4G network. I tested a sim from each of the 3 providers. Speedtest x 3. http://prepaidplans.com.au/2015/05/optus-4g-reseller-speed-test/

Hi Vaya, I have been charged twice on my account 528848. After holding for 20 mins to speak to your representative, the phone line was so bad that it got disconnected. Please investigate into the matter.

Hi Vaya, could you advise the apn setting for your network? I keep experiencing dropping signal after porting from LiveConnected. Was suggested to check the APN. My phone is Google Nexus 5. Thanks!

Hi Vaya, I have opted out from your company and was presented with a final bill of $43.37. I have a $20 security deposit from you and I have just paid $23.37 from my credit card. My account number is 654927. Please confirm that everything is ok and I will no longer have anything to do with you. This is proof that I have contacted you and sorted everything from my end.. If you try to charge me for anything else, you will be hearing from the ombudsman for sure. Thank you.
