@Telstra Absolutely the worst, inflexible, customer unfriendly and fractured service provider I have ever dealt with. Even worse as a business provider! Stay away! Cannot believe the junk service I was sold today. SO GRATEFUL FOR COOLING OFF PERIODS!

@Telstra This has been happening on and off for ages. I reported it last year to Telstra, and was told it was being looked into and I'd receive an email in the next couple of days. I never received anything.

@IanSamuels3 @OurNewHomecoach @Telstra Oh, my phone’s fine - that’s on prepaid with Woolworths, but our NBN is terrible. We were the only street not to get fibre-to-the-home, as there was some issue with the connection box, but there’s clearly a bandwidth issue, /2

@Telstra Viktor, they've assured me that short of buying new SIMS they cannot and will not help. They told us it was Telstra's error in moving us to Boost.
