@Telstra Sorry that’s doesn’t cover the excuse that the network has deteriorated lately due to handsets drawing the signal close to the towers and not letting the further away receive the data - handsets work fine if this wasn’t the problem

Hey @Telstra - your 4G network in rural areas is becoming a joke - phones showing signal and can’t use data for our agricultural businesses at an important time of the year - farmers depend on data more than ever now and it’s important it works and PS resetting phones don’t fixit
