@StanChart How many times do I have to respond to the email Please ? sent at least 5 replies. I have no alternate phone number . Providing an alternate phone number would mean me obtaining and a new number and registering it , which is entirely another process.

@StanChart I replied to your email and never got a response. I sent a screenshot to your DM as well. Stating the email I got and I clearly stated I replied but till now no response for a case of 5 months and heading to the 6th. It's very unethical

@RakeshS29417268 @StanChart That’s the best decision you can take. This bank has poor customer relations, it takes them 3 weeks to reply an email , that is if you keep persisting. Very disappointing honestly.
