@UlsterBank_Help The address I have submitted online, is slightly (by one number) different to my proof of address and therefore won’t accept on your identification checker. Is there a way I bypass this, but still continue with the switch?

Thanks @UlsterBank @UlsterBank_Help for leaving us stranded without our cards in Spain blocked straight away on first use and they can’t unblock them all 4 of my accounts will be moving to a different bank as soon as I’m in the uk Warning to everyone on here who travels!!

@UlsterBank_Help keep getting disconnected off the call stuck in Lanzarote and can’t use my bank card so I’ve no money Aparently meant to register this but never have in the 16 years I’ve had the account
