@rachel_irl @SP_EnergyPeople Absolutely horrendous company to deal with - the only glimmer of hope are the folks here on Twitter. Take my advice and switch to @OctopusEnergy who are much easier ot deal with - actually respond to e-mails, answer the phone and admit it when they get it wrong!

Anyone else find @SP_EnergyPeople extremely stressful? Back in March I stopped my DD and set up a SO with them because they kept taking three times as much money as they should have. A week later they still took a DD payment of almost £500 which I got returned. >

, @SP_EnergyPeople how long does it take your web portal to update gas and electricity bills after estimates have been replaced with actual readings? 2nd estimates, and bills, generated 16th April Actual readings submitted 18th April Gas estimate still wildly out and too much!

This is extremely stressful and insanely poor service @SP_EnergyPeople I shouldn’t have to beg to pay my bill accurately. I don’t get any receipts or invoices. But I also can’t change supplier because I’ve got an insane amount of debt which I am trying to pay off.

@SP_EnergyPeople any reason why your company is refusing to transfer my export meter to a new provider. I've already transferred my import meter over, but my new provider advises you are refusing to transfer the export. I've already got a complaint open that has gone nowhere.

@SP_EnergyPeople Tried calling you. Got hung up by your complaints team after proving who I am so pardon me for not holding any hope for someone to actually do their job. You have violated the law in refusing a lawful service transfer request

@SP_EnergyPeople Oddly enough we've already got in contact and someone is looking into it for us. And this is nothing to do with the cost of living crisis, because we won't be paying you £500 for a meter that you created an account for even though it wasn't installed. Do better.
