@rachel_irl@SP_EnergyPeople Absolutely horrendous company to deal with - the only glimmer of hope are the folks here on Twitter. Take my advice and switch to @OctopusEnergy who are much easier ot deal with - actually respond to e-mails, answer the phone and admit it when they get it wrong!
