Who supplies us says it’s @SP_EnergyPeople who are supplying us. But we haven’t switched to them and they can’t find record of our supply there with our meters details either.

@SP_EnergyPeople Have Scottish Power lost my electricity meter readings? Even having telephoned them last week and provided the readings (with photo evidence) the final bill is wrong

@SP_EnergyPeople Hi, why don’t I have the heating I’ve paid for? I paid my latest bill last week, haven’t yet received another bill since then, heating’s not coming on, and it’s very very very very cold here in Edinburgh.
