@santanderukhelp What can the twitter team do that the complaints team can’t? Nothing I suppose. You’ve closed my account and my money is on a cheque in the post. All from upgrading an isa using the tool you asked me to use as my isa matured.

@santanderukhelp Your instructions to reset security details are rubbish.’tap open in the right hand corner of the screen’, it doesn’t exist. The ‘letter’ that should have come in the post - we haven’t had. Neither of us can access the account. Can we still use cards?

@santanderukhelp I’m trying to switch but I’m really confused, it says I need to send my ID photocopied in the post. I don’t have a photocopier or printer at home is there not a more up to date way to do this online? And why can’t I just sign up for online banking? Thanks
