@santanderukhelp No contact from @santanderuk fraud team, ended up calling complaints who then put me through to fraud (again). They can’t tell me why acct hasn’t been blocked yet or how it got opened. @santanderukhelp been over a week since it was flagged, you’d think it was a priority, obv not!
@santanderukhelp Point is the account should have been blocked immediately or do you not think so? Or do you rely on customers doing it and freezing the card. Let me know.
@santanderukhelp You’ve blocked my wife’s business account due to an international payment which due authorised and despite numerous phone calls and a formal complaint we still have zero access to the account and can’t work like this with you. We’ve been with you 14 years and will look to close

@santanderukhelp Which is why I asked for an email or an address. I wish to send a formal complaint. Santander were very quick to set a time limit when they wanted some information about our current account and limited to make sure we would comply. I would like the same opportunity.
