@redBus_in @redbus Worst bus service in India. I'm in the middle of the journey from Delhi to Sultanpur and the bus broke down 3rd time in middle of the yamuna expressway. The driver and bus conductor is saying, "we don't know what to do, no support from the backed".

@redBus_in , absolutely piece of shit service.They say assurance program and ask to pay 50 extra insured to give 500 if bus is cancelled.I have reached put to customer care twice, they say they will raise ticket but of no use. Been 2 weeks fighting with them. Day 1. @narendramodi

We were booking the tickets from Manali to Delhi via @redBus_in for 5th January, but because of the app errors, it got booked for 4th January on its own. We also took the insurance which gives flexible booking options.
