Hi @redBus_in @HDFCBank_Cares I booked a bus ticket through smartbuy and due to some error wanted to cancel. I cancelled within 7 mins but the smart buy platform as per redbus policy still charged me 700 rupees. Can anyone help here ? Because the oncall support is utter useless
