@redBus_in I am a frequently using redbus for my travel. But now a days I am facing many issues with redbus service. I have booked a bus for 1500, I thought the bus will be good. But the bus and seat was completely dirty. It was a disgusting travel.

Travelled #Thiruthuraipoondi to #Chennai by #VetriTravels. Worst experience. #AC wasn't working. Seats dirty and stinking. Driver accepted the issue but Helper person rude in justifying Complained #redbus. replied penalized them n downgraded #rating and given me some #refund.

@redBus_in we have experienced the worst travel yesterday. First of all the bus got delayed for half and hour then the break down happened they guys dont even responded for next 3 hours. my departure time was 10.20 in kilambakkam and we waited there till 3.00 clock.

Hi @redBus_in , I booked a ticket to travel from chennai to coimbatore on 04th Feb, but 6 hours prior to travel, I got a call from the bus operator saying that the bus got breakdown and I will get full refund. But still I didn't receive my money back and no response from neither
