@JesseKenya In Thindegua, we experience those 20 power outages on a fortnight. The issue is with KPLC awarding shoddy contractors the job of constructing the distribution lines

Have you noticed whenever there power outage, immediately the answer they ask if it's a certain part of the area or whole, then they tell you it's due to faults. So why can't they fix it once and for all cos this fault is persistent? The ecg call center job isn't hard at all
