@mystreamsocial and, we thought that was that. Nope, because Perry just got a check. When I called and ask them to put it on the other bill, they said “can’t do it, because we sent you a check”. I asked them how I’m supposed to cash a dead man’s check, that’s not their problem.

@mystreamsocial Double billed me March AGL base fee 2 months in a row and claiming AGL is now collecting fees in advance instead of arrears. No advance notice by email or footnote on bill. Fee differs every mo, but this amt is exactly the same. I don't buy their story.

@mystreamsocial This company is falling apart. They won’t mail a bill. The website after successful log-in says “can’t pull up account information, call customer service.” Customer service wait 21 minutes. Can’t set up auto-pay - tells me to try app. App says no longer available end of month!

@mystreamsocial I asked him if they could just put it on the other account which has the same address, he said “no we can’t do that we sent you a check.” so I said that means you were keeping the $80 and he said “no ma’am we sent you a check.”

Very disappointed in @mystreamsocial today! Called to move service and found that our “contract” price is no longer valid - 40% per kWh increase! I guess I should just be grateful they didn’t want to charge us a cancellation fee.
