Flooded. I checked the status of a rent-to-own tank from @Enercare purchased in 2/2010 & sold as a #DirectEnergy capital wind-down. However, rather than purchasing a $700 product I have paid over $4000 on perpetual rental. To end the contract it is $140. Thieves. @OntEnergyBoard

Read the replies/comments. We're furious. @CenterPoint failed. We have NO SAY in who delivers electricity to our homes. No matter who your electricity provider is, @reliantenergy or @DirectEnergy etc., they all depend on @CenterPoint to deliver the electricity. How is this fair?
