It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra that provides wireless 4G LTE service network and is the only 'VoLTE-only' operator in the country which lacks legacy network support of 2G and 3G, with coverage across all 22 telecom circles in India.

@reliancejio @JioCare has such a pathetic support. It's literally impossible to talk to their Fibre team to cancel my request. They send template responses to emails and here as well & force IVR for calls. No humans. It's time to port out my postpaid number. I already got my UPC.
