@reliancejio @JioCare Their support files an SR and assure me 100% that an engineer will visit and replace the router but no one calls or visits my location and just like that they close the ticket or place on hold stating the engineer is unable to reach your location.

@tcrsooraj @reliancejio Yes jio fiber a deposit of 1k is charged to book the service which is not refunded as the technician confirmed there is no jio fiber near my area and I have been chasing from past 32 days all I get to hear is it will get cancelled automatically but it's completely fraud

@JioCare @jiocare @reliancejio its been 15 days and still there is no update and no call or messages from any technician. What a worst service from jio. I would have never taken jioairfiber . We were using @airtel from 6 years and nvr faced any issue. Pathetic service
