@JioCare @reliancejio Similar complains from other users from my society, ticket gets closed without any resolution. Common man gives up chasing after it. Switching to @tataplayfiber the moment plan expires

@JioCare @reliancejio I requested for JioFiber service, engineer came for installation with faulty router, due to which not able to connect to internet. Engineer asked to raise ticket. Now ticket is closed saying they have fixed issue from system. Still issue persist. #AvoidJio

@reliancejio There is no reply to the DM. Do I need to visit same Reliance Digital store to activate the ownership transferred number or it can be activated at Jio store?
