Called @DaikinIndia’s customer care and they confirmed that its not an issue. Same can be confirmed from their website as well. Its a genuine product only. Don’t worry

This is a serious issue, how can the seller deliver the 1 Ton AC when we paid for 1.5 Ton, How can @Flipkart the Customers in this way?? @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

What is the reason that takes @Flipkart to take 6 days to pickup a product when the seller has marked it ready to dispatch on the same day as ordered? On top of that, their seller support normal response time is 1 week and they don't even allow self-ship to sellers?

Today, after posting in the X, you sent a technician and got a call from your support team. What happened all these 5 days? You have wasted my time and tested patience. From now on, I will not be placing any orders in @Flipkart and I suggest my circle too. Thanks
