@SatyajeetAnshu @Flipkart It's true. I've been consistently responding to them since the product was delivered on 18th. Despite escalating issue, it's been more than 24 hours, and they continue to send pre-designed drafts instead of providing updates on installation status, which feels cheating.

@UrvashiGho66940 @Flipkart We don't need anything new, as Flipkart is famous brand for fooling and cheating customers. Their support team never works on customer queries; they just copy and paste pre-designed drafts. It's really shameful that they haven't even shared any updates on the product installation
