Total customers harassment by @Flipkart . I'm calling them since 10 days. Everytime I've to explaing the same issue to different customer care executive. After all the talks now they're telling that they will not do any replacement of the defective product. @flipkartsupport

@Flipkart execitive till yesterday told me that your issue will het resolved before 25th Apr and today he replied in a rude manner that flipkart is not responsible for it. Stay away from such brands. Making a flipkart-plus customer fool! @flipkartsupport

I got a very rude response from @flipkartsupport senior executive when I called them about the replacement of the defective product which I've got received. He was shamless and rude. That shows how bad is their customer service. Never ever order anything from @Flipkart

Never ever order anything from Flipkart. They've sent me a defective product of Ao Smith Water Purifier and now after 10 days their customer care support exective is telling me that they can't help in a rude manner. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport Fraudsters! Beware of ordering!
