Because of credit defaults I was forced to pay both bills.. This is agreed and I've been waiting for refund. This has been ongoing since 2018
@SP_EnergyPeople Why are you claiming I owe you £25 from nowhere?

I'm on pre payment & you can't just start inventing extra amounts that aren't owed.
@SP_EnergyPeople@ScottishPower have to be the most incompetent company ever. constantly sending threatening emails to pay your bill when its not even due yet, will @ofgem do anything, course not they they are fucking useless at holding these nobs to account!
