I am tired of trying to talk to someone at @ScottishPower@SP_EnergyPeople about an account I set up last year for SEG payments but is still not set up properly. Going round in circles.
@SP_EnergyPeople Thanks. This does not help me. I have an email saying you have taken on our SEG from 29/12/23 but the OVO account is still open. I was told by @ScottishPower that you would contact OVO to close account. They are still asking for readings.
