@SP_EnergyPeople I have resolved this but I wish to make a formal complaint in relation to your handling of the matter I would like you to review the phone call that was made to you before my departure back in September 2023
Stuck in a loop with the @SP_EnergyPeople app. Topped up yesterday, isn’t showing on the app or the meter but payment has been taken from the account!
@SP_EnergyPeople@SPEnergyNetwork As they work for or on behalf of you that would make you vicariously liable anyway, it's not my fault you have different accounts for the same company but I'll post on their page too no problem.

@SP_EnergyPeople I wish to dispute my bill, tried live chat, absolutely shocking. I have used only 65 units in 12 months and paid each monthly invoice as you have sent it. Guy states I owe a historical debt of £27.11 yet shown him proof of payment
