American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

So @AmericanAir was a miserable experience. Their service at @PITairport was awful. Refused to fix a boarding pass issue and canceled my return flight without my consent.

@AmericanAir I am very disappointed in how my Concern of my last flight was handled. Ground stoppage in DC and no other flights for the night with expectation of having to wait 14 hours for the next flight . Rent a car to drive home and you will not give me back my 7000 miles

@united @Delta @AmericanAir - u find out about how airlines operate on the cheap donāt you. Top tier Global Services, lifetime United Club memberā¦but no access to EDI lounge. united dropped access to Aspire lng ā¦and only lng for united is Premium and only for Bus pas.

@Laxing @AmericanAir Unties is pretty bad. Iāve had so many delays with delta I stopped using them. This is worse. Weāre literally looking at the gate now, 80 minutes after landing. And still on the plane.
