A worthless company @Verizon @VerizonSupport you disconnect me for being past due when I paid on time, your own system says I owe $0 but I can't talk to any human being because it says I must pay $0 first. I want my service restored and credit for time you've stolen from me.

@HaTTa_IRL @TMobile T-Mobile nicer for the billing… but suck for the service. Get what you pay for I guess. Might have to make the @Verizon switch but they’re so expensive for no reason.

Just told I hit 20 years with @Verizon & they offered me 4 x $1k credits toward new iPhones for all 4 of my family's lines. Sweet. I ported over in early 2004 after my 2 previous carriers ceased to exist (Airtouch & Alltel). VZ never cheapest but I always get good signal & speed.
