@realf_inlegacy @Verizon Yeah, I’d always feel yucky when someone called about someone dying… I’d say “okay so just because I have to, is there any other uses you can think of for the line?” “No? Okay then I will disconnect it as of x date” like even that felt slimy. So glad I moved on to better things.

@realf_inlegacy @Verizon I worked in retention for @Verizon until they closed my center back in 2017, I can tell you exactly why they do this @realf_inlegacy… it’s because the reps get graded on how many lines they disconnect even when someone dies, and they will try anything to not do it… stupid

@Verizon hitting me with a rate increase cuz I'm apparently not giving them enough as it is. Need to really cut down, who y'all using out there? I got 4 lines on an unlimited plan, but I could probably go without that since we're mostly on wifi most the time
