@VerizonSupport @Verizon Update: @VerizonSupport and @verizon are still terrible. Still no resolution. Someone promised to reach out to me today, they didn't. I'm still getting an error. I think the general election might pass before anyone st Verizon actually helps me.

I spent three frustrating hours talking with @Verizon tech support last night. My first day as a customer and cannot get OTPs and verification code texts, for two factor auth. So disappointed with my first day as a customer. I can’t set aps or access accounts!!
