After 20+ yrs of loyalty @Verizon is literally treating me like shit! After talking to 4 different people (supervisor included) and told by 3 of them that I was getting a credit, since my phone would not work abroad, I still see the charges on my account. I need help @Verizon

@Boobalaa1954 @pik0 @AnthonyCabassa_ On paper, first responders’ mobile devices are supposed to be on @FirstNet which is hosted on @ATT’s network and which has dedicated cellular channels. In practice agencies put out bids and award to the lowest bid, which very well might have been @Verizon.

Having a great Wednesday night trying to work through @Verizon and @VerizonSupport One letter threatening the credit I've worked 23 years to build, 3 customer support reps, 1+ hours of phone calls. No resolution and a 4th 'review' of an account I've never had access to.

@Verizon i was about ready to come back in a few months UNTIL I read that you caved and dropped @OAN. Shame on you & every cable company that did this. Everything they talked about was TRUE, but was an affront to the radical left. Socialism agenda much?

@williamlegate It was $185, but @Verizon just raised rates. Will drop down to $160 in November when phones are paid off, still not great, but with how much we use and two teenage boys…it’s better than some!
