@RTMannJr It just took me *weeks* to cancel a service on my @ATT account—because they limit it to calls; limit the hours & days you may call; when a rep finally answers, they transfer you to the "Loyalty Dept"—which hangs up on you. I finally got it done—AFTER they billed *another* month.
