ever since @googlefiber came to my neighborhood, the installation team has cut my @ATT lines multiple times. the people installing fiber lines have no remorse for the neighborhood. me and my roommates (and my neighbors) work from home, and can’t work without wifi. @JordanHuffman

@ATT Yet another manager wasted an hour of my time with no resolution. Their notes failed to include waiving a balance which was incurred bc they changed a plan. This is insane! Let’s see action. I’ve had broken promises for 4 months. This is how u treat 15 yr loyalty customers?
