@bbreadmanW Definitely a major issue. Cars aren’t being sold fast enough and average interest rates are too high. I ended up getting rid of mine and just buying something outright instead of dealing with that nonsense. Also hurry up @ATT

Thanks @ATT customer service. After waiting in queue for 1 hour, 17 mins & speaking to live person for less than 1 min the call “failed.” Given this was the “customer loyalty” dept, I just know someone is going to call me back instead of starting all over. Right?Standing by
