@shamsudkhan @SamsungIndia That's true, not only Samsung but all phone manufacturers should do it! That's the reason I have respect for @oneplus, they are the only ones who replace their budget & midrange devices screen for free incase of such an issue.

Dear @oneplus Oneplus 12 has some real issues with connectivity. - doesn't get connected to wifi sometimes. - doesn't get connected to mobile data. It is sometimes one or the other. - bluetooth issues. Doesn't recognize headphones. Won't play media even if 'media use' is checked.

@OnePlus_Support @oneplus @OnePlus_IN And the escalation department will call me within 24 hrs to resolve the issue. I got call from escalation team, and again same story with an addition saying they will provide free pickup and the procedure is same for the voucher.

@OnePlus_Support @oneplus @OnePlus_IN 5 to 7 working days means around 7 to 10 days I have to be without phone. I then contacted support again, it looks like they are reading the script given to them with the same replies. I told them I will raise consumer compliant, then they said they are escalating the issue.

The response is just that it's physical damage. Nobody answers my questions. Just keep repeating the same thing and wanting me to pay for something that I did not cause. Not a good way to do business. I'll likely never buy from them again. #scam #oneplus

2. I contacted local service center, they said parts not available and spare parts are not being manufactured any more. They will provide with 32,000 voucher if I surrender the phone to them, and then actual scam unfolded with their process. @OnePlus_Support @oneplus @OnePlus_IN

@OnePlus_Support This appears serious scam by @oneplus @OnePlus_IN. 1. I have 1+9 which started showing vertical line. Contacted support, they said it's hardware problem and part has to be replaced which is free of cost and have to take mobile to nearest service center.

@OnePlus_IN Worst service and the mobile phone battery lives are also worsted day by day because last 2 month ago I will change the battery of oneplus 7t without any use the battery life will decreased automatically. Showu=ing battery backup only 6 hours without any use. Totally
