The service centre said since you are playing game, charging once in 15/16 hrs . And phone temperature was 38 degree. That's why battery percentage dropped. Fucking useless service centre

I have visited the exclusive service centre today but they denied warranty Claim stating - Free gifts(product) don't cover under warranty. Please look into this issue & resolve it asap. @OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support
