@OnePlus_IN Customer care executive tells me 24-72 hrs for voucher to arrive then the voucher is only redeemable at oneplus online store, we have to wait atleast 3-4 days before the new one arrives,regret being a #oneplus customer worst policy ever for oneplus 8pro screen damage

@divya_gandotra @OnePlus_IN Please be careful when dealing with @OnePlus_IN They will change the screen once but then within 6 months the issue starts cropping again. The second time they will not change the screen. So better take the voucher and get a replacement phone.
