@Plusnet Hello again. Still not sorted. Bt openreach came late Wednesday and said the fault was at the top of a pole and the gentleman didn't want to free climb it in the freezing cold and dark, fair enough. He said they would be back with a cherry picker on Thursday. They weren'tRelated Services
