@Plusnet Hi! My mother wants to keep her landline phone when the switch happens. We already have broadband and phone with you. How do we keep the landline please? I'd also prefer to not have to call anyone to sort this. Thank you!

@Plusnet Closing my account so i cant pay. not letting me pay over the phone or online. Now been put to a collections agency. Glad iv left @Plusnet. Very very poor service. and the latest had one of your team trying to argue with me. Rubbish

@Plusnet for the third time since February my 92yr old mum has been left without a house phone due to your utter incompetence. You took the word of a random 3rd party to cancel her contract and have failed to sort it despite repeated attempts. Unacceptable.

@ciw1973 @Plusnet Oh, no, they just plain can't escalate. There is no channel for Plusnet Support to escalate this kind of issue to BT wholesale. That's what they told me on the phone.

@Plusnet why does noone answer the phone when your on hold for nearly an hour?! I've sent dms on here and fb and called the phone numbers. I left in March, not received a final bill bit had £181.51 debited from my account. I need proof of a final bill before money is taken.

@ArgyllSeaGlass @DeborahMeaden @BTCare @Plusnet I have been with Virgin for years, mobile phone, wifi, tv. Occasional tech issues sorted quickly. Not the cheapest but they have been hassle free.

@Plusnet hello, is there a way I can cancel my broadband contract without having to call? My signal isn't great so it's hard to get through the call without getting cut off mid conversation. Is there an email address I can email instead?
