PATHETIC @optus refusing to cancel my 87 year old grandmothers landline number because they can’t send a verification code to a mobile number because she has never owned one! Costing my grandmother $60 per month in direct debit for a phone at a home she no longer lives in!!

@sketrcher @Optus Yeah. That's not cool. Been with Optus since I was like 16. I can't be running a business and missing phone calls for jobs etc while I'm at a job site. But if this keeps up, I'll have to find someone better.

Not sure why I bother with @optus anymore when I have a 5G phone but only get 4G majority of the time. Reception has kinda sucked since that outage happened!!

My phone has pretty much died. Thinking 'right, @Optus will finally see that's the case and put a new phone on my current contract.' I marched in hoping there would be a sudden realisation. Nope. I'll have to pay out my whole contact to put a new phone on it .
