PATHETIC @optus refusing to cancel my 87 year old grandmothers landline number because they can’t send a verification code to a mobile number because she has never owned one! Costing my grandmother $60 per month in direct debit for a phone at a home she no longer lives in!!

@sketrcher @Optus Yeah. That's not cool. Been with Optus since I was like 16. I can't be running a business and missing phone calls for jobs etc while I'm at a job site. But if this keeps up, I'll have to find someone better.
