@scottyellis94@OptimumHelp@optimum I had LOTS of issues with Optimum. And when I moved, they didn't disconnect my service and told me I had to pay for the extra months. I do not recommend them at all.
The drama with @Optimum continues. I just got off another long phone call. Though I asked for services to be disconnected in October (I left TX on Nov. 2), they proceeded to bill me for November and December.
They're saying I must pay or be sent to collection. Avoid @Optimum.
