I have been a loyal customer of optimum and recently I have been noticing billing mistakes. I signed up for paperless billing and automatic payments just to see that optimum is billing me incorrectly!
This is highly unacceptable. Robbing in daylight!
I really hope none of my loved ones use @optimum for their internet. Absolute joke of a company charging us twice after we disconnected service months ago!! Horrible customer service! See you never Optimum and I’m gonna tell everyone I know

The worst internet provider in this country is @optimum.
