Coz if it was a known issue it shouldn’t have taken this long to rectify it. Ad was posted on 14th Jan & today is 5th Feb. GET SOME SENSE.

@OLX_India Even after one month issue is not resolved yet. @jagograhakjago please look into. Money debited on 2nd Jan and still struggling to get it credited back to my account. Every time false commitment is given in mail

It’s freaking 16days since the ad was posted & 10days since the issue was escalated. Your team said it would be resolved in the next 24-48 hours days before yesterday morning over the call. And still no resolution??SHAMEFUL

So would you provide an extension for that paid ad for that same duration?
@OLX_India@OLX_India If it is a known issue why the hell is it taking forever to resolve it? The ad was posted on Jan 14th & I did wait & observe for 3-4 days before escalating it. Now it has been 15 days in total!
Would I get an extension of same number of days for ad with paid benefits?
