@MTNLOfficial dear concerned, absolutely disgusting service by MTNL KANDIVALI MUMBAI. Landline is dead since months and when we go to complain they say they don’t have any staff to attend so buy a new connection for ya to send someone. Please help. They are very rude @DoT_India

My internet is not working since yesterday and my earlier complaint with docket number 8763 has not been addressed. Kindly look into it. Everytime exactly before holiday or weekend the internet stops working and restores in weekday....why? @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial
@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial since past 10 years and 5 years my deposit that I paid for the connection has been unpaid. I haven’t received and despite going again and again to offices of yours it’s been a regret to even have asked for the connection. Please HELP!
