@MTNLOfficial My landline number 21611023 (Chanakyapuri New Delhi) installed on 24.04.24 has neither been activated or any instrument installed despite repeated requests so far. No use of getting the connection. Kindly expedite action on the same.

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Fibre Optic connection was installed at my address and my old telephone line has restored. But your contractor have installed normal Modem and not a wifi router, when asked for same they said I have to pay for it. Why should I pay for wifi router ?
