@Morrisons hi, my more card hasn’t properly scanned for a second time now after shopping :( when I scan it says more card accepted and then after no points are added to my account. Please help. I have my receipt to show

@Morrisons I’ve just called your customer services number about my More account and once I’ve gone through the keypad selections, the automated recording tells me to stay on the line to talk to one of your team and wishes me a Merry Christmas, then disconnects me- every time!
