@JustEatUK received food on Sunday evening that was stone cold. Tried to raise with the restaurant with no response. Submitted a claim via the help tab on just eat and today received a message to say I can’t claim due to the food not having arrived when I submitted it.

@BeardedGh0ul @JustEatUK Good luck on getting a refund! Spent over £30’for food that was 2 hours late and stone cold and only given £9 back! Asked for their complaints procedure and they refuse to give me that! They’re breaking the consumer protection rights

@JustEatUK @MartinSLewis I think the answer is 1750 on both counts. Not 1725 when I received a text to say it was ready. No wonder it was stone cold when I got it home at 1755. £10.90 wasted. Very disappointed.

@JustEatUK Hi Team, I need help with a recent order. My food arrived stone cold and had to be binned. When I complained about this, I received less than half of my money back, which is scandalous. It doesn't seem fair that food that is inedible doesn't count for a full refund.

@simmygoalkeeper @JustEatUK Went and picked a new order up in the end, they said my original order was still sat there after an hour and a half so was obviously stone cold. Now apparently they’ve travelled back in time and delivered it at 7 o’clock. I’ll just do a chargeback if they don’t refund me

@JustEatUK On Friday , after a long wait I was delivered an order belonging to someone else, it was stone cold ! I complained, provided proof of wrong order delivered. It took you 5 days to reply and you have refused to credit the money to my original payment method, shocking

@JustEatUK another complaint, order number,178560709, over 45 minutes late, stone cold and squashed. Food left the restaurant and went for a drive with the driver. Not acceptable! Pls contact me about getting a refund. Won’t be using Just Eat again, seems to be a routine issue!Related Services
