@JustEatUK how do I report that the delivery driver was trying to pressure my mum into letting him connect to our home WiFi network so he could mark the delivery as delivered and said he couldn't give over the food if he couldn't connect? Seems like strange behaviour.

Glad ye n the missus got yours sorted pal, the disconnect between companies n customers is shameful. The staff behind aw these emails n DMs would be angry if they were oan the receiving end of their treatment too.

@CelticEnded2iar @JustEatUK They're worse than insurance companies n that's saying something. That was a terrible experience Nik, the cheek of that manager, surely his or the staff are responsible for handing over the bags of food. Customer service is in the toilet with these companies.

They're basically saying if you've had refunds before you don't deserve them again, it's beyond idiotic man.

@JustEatUK I have been contacting your customer service since last night as I had an issue with an order (item missing). I have now been refused refund/compensation 3 times and yet to receive an explanation as to why. Can you help?
