Whatever you do don’t order @GreggsOfficial via @JustEatUK twice this week I’ve had issues with drivers doing a no show. It’s a scam. I’m fed up with having to DM @JustEatUK to deal with their bullshit. It should be a simple option on the app “my food hasn’t been delivered”

@JustEatUK Can you explain why it's policy for your customer service agents to lie to customers? Had an issue with a @KFC_UKI order, been told just eat won't deal with the matter, told to contact KFC whose website the agent links says for orders with a partner contact the partner

@KFC_UKI the drivers that @JustEatUK are using are doing you a disservice as are the @JustEatUK team that deal with the issues that ensue. My son& his friends ordered £60+ food which was not delivered and not refunded. Will not order again due to this, disappointing

@JustEatUK any chance of you using stores where staff can actually read an order, I'm sick of missing items that i know can't be out of stock then having to deal with your shitty refund people. This is why you say people are scamming you, it's cos you can't do your fucking job.
